About Me
I’m Toby Grove, a multi-talented media specialist with a passion for visual storytelling and over a decade of hands-on experience in video production, editing, photography, and graphic design. I’ve worn many hats—live news photographer, creative editor, eLearning content producer, and live stream coordinator—and I thrive at the intersection of creativity and communication.
Currently, I’m part of the team at Compliance Navigation Specialists, where I create engaging video content for online training, marketing, and live instruction. Before that, I spent several years behind the camera at Fox43, capturing and editing daily news packages under tight deadlines.
Whether it’s producing compelling video content, crafting eye-catching graphics, or coordinating seamless live streams, I bring a keen eye for detail, storytelling instinct, and expert-level skills in tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
